Financial liability in the event of a car accident

If the traffic accident occurs not due to the fault of a CityBee customer, no additional fees or penalties will apply.

If the traffic accident occurs due to the CityBee driver, the following options are available:

1. If the damage done amounts to less than the maximum financial liability (€600), the driver who damaged the car will be issued an invoice based on the based on the damage that our company has experienced.

2. If the damage caused to the car is more than €600, the CityBee customer is subject to financial liability of €600.

In case Porsche Taycan is damaged in a traffic accident through your fault, you will compensate us for the damages suffered due to the traffic accident, if you are between 25 and 30 years old, up to €15000, if you are 30 years and older – up to €5000, in the case a reduced financial responsibility was purchase in the Mobile App – an amount not exceeding €1000.

How to add a company card in a business account?

What do I do if I need an invoice on behalf of the company?

If you are using your personal account, add a payment card and specify the details of the company. Click on Menu -> Virtual Wallet -> Payment Methods -> Create Work Profile.

Before the trip, select the company card with the attached details and start the reservation. In this case, you will make the trip on a personal account, and the invocice will be issued in the name of the company.

You can also apply for a Citybee company account. If you would like to do so, please complete the business application form here.

Vans and zones thereof

You can pick up the selected van only from the CityBee van areas, and you can complete the trip and leave the car in any permitted CityBee van area, in any city with a CityBee van area. So it is not necessary to return the car to the same parking lot you picked it up from.

During long-term reservation, without ending the trip, you can leave the van in CityBee green parking zones.

How is the ON level determined?

ON lygis yra apskaičiuojamas pagal sumą, išleistą per paskutinius tris kalendorinius mėnesius keliaujant su CityBee automobiliu.

Iš viso yra trys ON lygiai:

ON1 – einamąjį mėnesį skiriama 3 % kaupiamoji nuolaida po kiekvienos kelionės (išleidus nuo 0 EUR iki 210,99 EUR per paskutinius 3 mėn.);
ON2 – einamąjį mėnesį skiriama 5 % kaupiamoji nuolaida po kiekvienos kelionės (išleidus nuo 211 EUR iki 450,99 EUR per paskutinius 3 mėn.);
ON3 – einamąjį mėnesį skiriama 7 % kaupiamoji nuolaida po kiekvienos kelionės (išleidus nuo 451 EUR per paskutinius 3 mėn.).

Lygis nesikeičia einamojo mėnesio metu – jis perskaičiuojamas pirmąją kiekvieno kalendorinio mėnesio dieną. Pavyzdžiui, gruodžio mėnesį esi ON1 lygyje ir Tau priklauso 3 % kaupiamoji nuolaida, bet per paskutinius tris mėnesius, įskaitant gruodį, išleidai 250 EUR CityBee paslaugoms, todėl sausio 1-ąją dieną Tau bus priskirtas ON2 lygis ir sausio mėnesį Tau galios 5 % kaupiamoji nuolaida.

Jeigu Tavo kelionė vyko kalendorinių mėnesių sandūroje (pavyzdžiui, pradėjai gruodžio 29-ąją, o užbaigei sausio 5-ąją), kelionės išlaidos apskaičiuojant ON lygį bus priskiriamos tam mėnesiui, kurio metu kelionę pabaigei.

Bendrovės organizuojamų akcijų metu taikomi kitokie nuolaidų dydžiai. Akcijos skelbiamos interneto svetainėje ir (arba) mobiliojoje programėlėje.

For what purpose and on what basis is my personal identification number processed?

We use your personal identification number to identify you, enter into and enforce an agreement with you, and provide you with CityBee vehicle sharing services. We also process your personal identification number on the basis of our legitimate interest.

The CityBee Privacy Policy (published at https://citybee.lt/en/privacy-policy/) provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.

May I collect discount coupons?

Žinoma! Nuolaidos kuponus gausi po kiekvienos kelionės, tačiau panaudoti juos galėsi bet kada per jų galiojimo laikotarpį. Savo „CityBee ON“ skiltyje rasi visus gautus nuolaidos kuponus. Jeigu nuolaidos kuponus nori kaupti – paspausk mygtuką „Kaupti“ (jį gali rasti CityBee programėlėje, paspaudęs „Meniu“ ir pasirinkęs skiltį „CityBee ON“). Tik nepamirški, kad kiekvienas nuolaidos kuponas galioja tik tris mėnesius nuo jo gavimo.

Kai sukauptus nuolaidos kuponus norėsi panaudoti, paspausk mygtuką „Pritaikyti“.
